Inside Sales Consultant (Mt Dora)

Medek Health Systems is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Consultant to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective consultant must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone. The goal is to help our company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsibilities
-Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
-Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
-Answer questions about products or the company
-Perform effective online demos to prospects
-Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
-Enter and update customer information in the database
-Take and process orders in an accurate manner
-Follow up with customers -Attend in-office meetings
-Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements
-Experience as sales consultant
-Proven track record of successful sales preferably over the phone
-Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
-Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
-Team player
-Excellent knowledge of English
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
-Must show initiative and be self-motivated
-High school diploma
